SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILLMENT TIME:
We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order goes through a quality control inspection, is carefully packaged, and prepared for the journey to you.

During sale periods and peak volumes around the holidays, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder first or contact our customer support team at hello@cellovit.com.

It is important to note that some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow-up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.

SHIPPING TIME:
We offer fast, free shipping across the United States. Average standard shipping time is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

DELAYED PACKAGE:
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.

In the event a package has been lost, is missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed with tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and are not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@cellovit.com with your order number.
